The idea
Everything at once. Build a card, clip its avatar to a circle, and mask the card's banner so it fades out — all while matching the geometry of every piece.
The card is centred, the avatar is a clipped circle, and the banner fades toward its bottom edge.
This level needs clip-path, mask-image, and margin.
